About Me

My photo
CBT Interventions
I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP). For the last 4 years I have been a CBT therapist with the country’s leading anxiety disorders organisation, Anxiety UK. I have comprehensive clinical experience of working extensively with all adult anxiety disorders, mood problems and substance misuse. I have over twenty years clinical practice experience within the NHS and voluntary sector, mostly within primary and secondary healthcare settings working with anxiety, mood and alcohol problems, which is a specialist area of interest and practice. Over the last year I have been building my Independent CBT Practice and successfully working with a diverse range of different clients experiencing anxiety, mood and substance misuse problems, and supporting clients reduce emotional distress, achieve change, and move beyond their problems.
